​What is somatic movement?
Somatic movement is healing body-centered movement that emphasizes the conscious awareness of trauma release through intentional alignments and breath control. Somatic movements allows the body to process healing by releasing tension from target areas and increasing physical awareness to reduce stress andd promote relaxation.
